Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We require at least 24 hours notice for any lesson cancellation or rescheduling request.

More than 24 Hours Notice: We will offer a make-up lesson or reschedule your lesson based on instructor availability.

• Less than 24 Hours Notice: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, are not eligible for a make-up or refund. The full lesson fee will be charged.

• Instructor Cancellations: If an instructor needs to cancel a lesson, we will provide at least 24 hours notice and will either provide a substitute instructor or issue a full make-up credit.

Tuition & Payment:

Tuition is billed on a monthly basis and is due by the first lesson of each month. A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts.
